The parties take place in our spacious paddock, stables and surroundings. We have under cover areas so your can have your party whatever the weather!

Pricing and numbers:  £450 for up to 8 children 

Add Pegasus Wings: £30

Each additional child there after: £20

A £50 deposit will secure your date. The remaining, final balance is due 48 hours before the party. Payment must be made before the party starts.

Invitation: Digital invitation in your chosen theme 

Venue: A stunning and spacious venue, surrounded by ponies and unicorns!

Mini Unicorn safety talk - This includes parents too!

The Unicorns / Pegasus 

Unicorns/Pegasus*: The unicorns are ready to party and each unicorn has their own unique colour. (Option to upgrade to Pegasus Unicorns for an additonal cost of £30) If you have any particular requests please let us know. (More pictures/videos on instagram)

Meet and greet: Upon arrival meet the ponies and learn a little about them and their magic powers!

Pamper - Pamper and brush one or two of the ponies to get them ready to party!

Ribbons - Decorate the ponies/unicorns in a variety of ribbons and bows and help transform them into a special birthday pony for the birthday girl.

Unicorn Riding: The children all enjoy a gorgeous unicorn ride. If they are feeling nervous, they can help lead the pony instead. You can upgrade the unicorns to pegasus - please see 'Extras' for more details.

*Children must be aged 2 and above to participate on the pony rides. The rides are great fun and the children love the ponies! Riding hats are provided.

Art activity: Themed Sand art activity, each child will create a little something to take home. 

Unicorn Glam makeover for all the children! Once everyone has ridden the unicorn/pegasus each child will enjoy a 'Unicorn glam' Makeover:

Nail painting: Children can have their nails painted in their favourite colour.

Face glitter: A touch of magic!

Glitter tattoos: Glitter tattoos for all children!

Hair: Hair style (if wanted) and a sprinkle of magic (glitter)

Miniature gypsy caravan: Great photo opportunity whilst your child enjoys having their face painted. Each child will also choose a magic card with their lucky number and Unicorn name. 

Decoration/Props/Set up

Vintage Pink Cart: Ideal for cake display, and/or sweets and party bags! its always a popular choice at parties! (We have plenty of sweet jars so that you can bring your own sweets to create your own candy cart)

Picnic set up (not food/drink) Paperie:  Pallet picnic set up, all table decor and paperie/placemats included (in your chosen theme) - you just bring along the food/drink.  Please take a look at social media for some more pictures. We do NOT include food/drinks. If you are supplying food/drinks to adults please bring your own paperie/cups. 

Seating: Straw bale seating for children's picnic 

Rustic Bar: (summer months) A place to store and supply drinks. Drinks are not included, please bring your own. We have a fridge and a freezer if you need to keep anything chilled. We also have a stand for tea and coffee. If you require the hot water dispenser please let me know the day before. 

Gift: A special gift for your child.

A special Birthday treat

Birthday girl special ride: (If you have added pegasus wings) Before or after the children eat, the birthday child will appear to all their friends singing happy birthday on their favourite unicorn.

Pegasus Unicorns: £30 Upgrade the unicorns to magical winged pegasus' All the children LOVE riding a real pegasus! An experience not to be missed!

Build a bear/Unicorn: £15 per child The ultimate upgrade to really wow your guests.. and take the hassle out of party bags! Children will have the best time creating their very own teddy bear.. or unicorn to take home. The teddy making experience is such good fun, party guests can add a heart, and make some wishes and promises with their friends. Each teddy comes with its very own bag to take home. This is one of our favourite things to do and really makes the party so special.

Candy Floss Cart: £100 A fun and very popular touch to add to a unicorn party. This added extra is manned so you don't have to worry about serving the candy floss! 

Bouncy castle: We can help arrange this or feel free to arrange your own.. just let us know - most companies need a minimum of 2 weeks notice. 

Chariot Ride - £35 We have tried and tested this over the last two years and it has been a massive hit. Your child will enjoy a magical chariot ride.  It really is the best surprise, and they are made to feel like a real princess. Usually we save this for the end/near the end for when everyone sings happy birthday/birthday cake. The birthday child is also crowned a Unicorn Princess with this add on and receives a special gift.  *This is for the birthday child ONLY due to weight restrictions. no other children are permitted to ride/sit in the carriage. 

Party Bags- Price on request. We have various party bag options to take the hassle out of supplying your own. 

Photographer: We work closely with MV photography who is amazing with the children and captures the unicorns perfectly. Please contact them directly for pricing and availability. 

 

Extra info

Hot water dispenser for adult drinks. Please let us know if you require this. 

Freezer/fridge to store icecream/cold foods. (Some people have done unicorn ice creams in the summer which they all love)

Party food: All packages DO NOT include food or drinks. You can arrange to bring your own food/drinks, we also work closely with Cheshire Posh Platters. 

Footwear: All guests must wear closed toe shoes/boots/trainers or wellies

Clean up: We Kindly ask you take your waste home from the party. If you prefer us to dispose of the waste, there will be a small charge of £15. 

What to wear: It is a farm so sometimes it can be muddy in parts. Dresses are fine but all guests must wear suitable footwear (not open toe)

Safety: Eveeryone will be given a safety talk (how to behave around the ponies, things to avoid doing etc. We also ask that each parent/adult/carer lifts their child on and off the unicorn for their ride when asked.

Time: We recommend for you to arrive 20 minutes before your party starts. This allows enough time to bring food/drinks/cake etc. If you require more time for additional decorations/more party time please get in touch to book any extra hours.

*Pampering, glitter and decorating can be swapped for 'mucking around' which is learning to take care of the pony (fun stable duties) This is quite a popular choice for parties we have done for boys.
